Ready for use

Weko puts ready for use egg products,OvoQuick, on the market. Liquid whole egg, yolk and white are separately available in convenient small cartons.

Time-saving
When using OvoQuick products you no longer need to break eggs, mix or separate white and yolk. Moreover, the risk of contamination through the hands or egg shells is prevented. During preparation only farm-fresh eggs are used.

Hygienic
The breaking of eggs, the separation of white, yolk and mixing is done in very hygienic conditions. OvoQuick is pasteurized and antiseptic filled. During the whole preparation process the quality is constantly checked. OvoQuick products are used on a large-scale by bulk consumers such as caterers and confectioneries.
